3. Data collection on this website
Contact form
When you send us enquiries via the contact form, the details you provide in the enquiry form, including the contact details you enter there, are stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Application form
The data submitted via the application form is stored and processed exclusively for the purpose of processing your application. It is not passed on to third parties.
File uploads
Via the contact and application forms you can optionally upload files (e.g. PDF documents, CV). These files are stored on secured cloud storage and are not publicly accessible. Access is exclusively internal for processing your enquiry or application.
4. Contact and enquiry function
Via the contact button (“Quick enquiry”) you can send us a short message. This is a simple contact form and not a live chat; no chat histories or external chat services are integrated. The data submitted (name, email, message) is used exclusively to process your enquiry.
5. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host’s servers. The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers and in the interest of secure, fast and reliable provision of our online offering.
6. Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected to ensure the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website.
7. Google Maps
On our contact page we offer a map view via Google Maps (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). For data protection reasons, the map is only loaded once you actively click “Load map”. No data is transmitted to Google before your consent. Only after the click is data – in particular your IP address – transmitted to Google to display the map. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
8. Social media links
On our website we link to our profiles on Instagram and Facebook. These are simple links; no social media plugins that transmit data to the networks when our pages are loaded are integrated. Only when you click on one of these links are you redirected to the respective platform, to which the data protection provisions of the respective provider (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) then apply.
9. Web fonts
For a consistent display of fonts, we use web fonts that are integrated and delivered locally on our server or host. There is no connection to Google Fonts servers; no connection to external font providers is established when the page is loaded.
10. Web analytics and tracking
This website does not use any web analytics services, tracking tools or cookies for marketing or analytics purposes. Only technically necessary processes required for the operation of the website are carried out.
11. Your rights
You have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time regarding this and any other questions about data protection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Note: This privacy policy has been prepared with care. A final legal review by a qualified body is recommended before going live.
